Hi all! My name is Sovannadanie Prom or Sovie for short. Since I was young I've always loved to bake and one of my goals in life is to open my own bakery. However, I want to get a degree and finish school first before I even try that. So my blog is basically going to be about my sweet tooth in Seattle. I visit many bakeries and cafes all the time and decided that I should share that with you guys! :)
If you don't mind my asking, have you had any formal education in pastry and baking yet? Do you know where you're planning to go? I ask of course because we are both enrolled at South, and last year I finished the Pastry and Specialty Baking program there, so I could probably tell you a fair bit about it if you were interested. That's of course assuming that you're not already going there or somewhere else! Let me know if you have any questions; I did ultimately decide to move away from pastry as a career, but I still know quite a bit about it. :)
